1. Booking and contracting

2. Cancellation Policy

• He The 30% deposit is non-refundable., without exception, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• If the cancellation is made at least 1 month in advanceThe customer will not have to pay the remaining 70%, but will lose the deposit as a result of management and service blocking expenses.

• If the cancellation is made with less than 1 month’s noticeThe customer must pay the 100% of the total amount of the trip, since the costs of booking, accommodation, logistics and planning will have already been covered.

3. Climatic conditions and force majeure events

4. Unused and non-refundable services
